MF Atlas is a whitelabelled Mutual Fund API platform for distributors. It lets you register investors, create investment accounts, set up mandates, and place and settle orders in Indian mutual funds through a single API — regardless of which transaction backend sits behind it.

Onboarding

1

Contact support

Email [email protected] to request access. Tell us which transaction backend you want to use (see Backend providers below) and your intended go-live timeline.
2

Receive your credentials

We provision a tenant for you and share a client ID and client secret. Store the secret in a secret manager — it is shown only once and cannot be retrieved later.
3

Start testing in sandbox

Use your credentials against the sandbox base URL to exchange them for a bearer token and call the APIs. See Prerequisites & Authentication.
4

Go live

Once your integration is verified in sandbox, switch to the production base URL. Production uses its own separate credential pair.
Once you have credentials, the integration follows this path: See Process Flows for how each step moves through the exchange.

Environments

Each environment has its own client_id / client_secret pair. Credentials are not shared between environments.

Demo application

demo-mf-app is a reference client that consumes these APIs end to end — investor creation, investment accounts, mandates, orders and payments. Use it alongside this documentation to see the full flow implemented in real code.

Backend providers

MF Atlas sits in front of a transaction backend — NSE, BSE, MFU, Cybrilla, or a direct RTA integration. Your tenant is configured for one backend during onboarding, and the API surface stays the same regardless of which one you use.
Currently only NSE is supported. BSE and MFU support is coming soon.
